The Institution's premises in John Street, situated between Bloomsbury and the City, has a Board Room which is ideal for meetings and comfortably seats up to 15 people.

Hire charges are as follows:

Rate for 15 people: £35 per hour or £150 per day
Rate for 8 people: £30 per hour or £140 per day

• Lunch (if required) is charged at cost plus £1 per head (£7.00 per head).
• Refreshments and biscuits are charged at £4.00 per head
• Fruit or Pastry selection @£2.00 per head
• Fruit Juice @ £1.00 per head

All charges are subject to VAT

Use of photocopier and fax can be made available but are subject to a charge of 50p per copy and 50p per fax page (VAT Inclusive)
