ENVIRONMENTAL PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2012

Since its launch, CIWEM's Environmental Photographer of the Year Award has steadily attracted an increasing number of photographers, of all ages and from all over the world, to submit thousands of images each year for consideration by an esteemed panel of selectors. This year we are delighted to announce that Atkins, one of the world's leading engineering and design consultants, will be generously supporting the competition and exhibition in 2012 / 2013. We have also engaged the services of Parker Harris Partnership, who will now work closely with CIWEM to manage the competition and exhibition. Entry for the next Award will open in May 2012 with the resulting exhibition to be shown in London in late Spring / Summer 2013.

The success of this annual award has been astonishing. Now in its sixth year, CIWEM are ready to take this extraordinary competition to a new level.

2011 competition results have now been announced.  The competition has attracted international press coverage including features in the Daily Mail Online, the Telegraph, the Sun, National Geographic and the New York Post.

Limited edition prints of a selection of images will be available to buy during the exhibition.
