Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Co-operation with the Government of Chaoyang District, Beijing, China (MOU)

It is our great pleasure to announce that CIWEM has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation with the Government of Chaoyang District, Beijing, China ("MOU").    

The cooperation of both parties is directed towards international and professional development, taking full advantage of networking and experiences of both parties, to promote continuing professional advancement of water and environmental management, utilization of available resources to their maximum values, comprehensive environmental protection, and a commitment to sustainable development.  Mr. Damien KU, International Vice President and a Committee Member of CIWEM HK, representing CIWEM signed the MOU with the Government of Chanoyang District, Beijing on 23 November 2010 in Hong Kong.
